I'm Michael Caswell, a Vancouver, BC photographer who has spent more than 16 years in the photo pit of the city's live music scene.

That work lives at SCENE IN THE DARK, where I cover concerts across Vancouver, BC and capture the moments that make a show worth remembering.

Skin in the Dark is my new venture, and the after-dark sister brand of SCENE IN THE DARK. Same eye, same instincts, new rooms: fetish nights, kink socials, costume parties and the kind of events where what people wear (or don't) is part of the art.
